Packed as standard freight using the international freight system to any port. Our modules are factory assembled for maximum productivity and delivered to site and watertight within hours.

Durable and relocatable

There is a 50 year life span for the building structure and when circumstances change the modules can be relocated minimising environmental impact.

Ark Modular recommends utilising the Blade Pile Foundation system:

• Piles are installed within a day with minimum disruption to site
• Buildings are then delivered and attached next day
• The piles can be removed from the site and used again on another project.
