At Ark Modular we offer customised design and build to meet your individual requirements. We will provide a quality building that best reflects the needs of both your business and employees. The modules are assembled inside our warehouse and then delivered to your site ensuring a fast, efficient and totally watertight building system.

Time or funds may mean you need to start with a single module then later add more to expand your office or retail space. We can deliver a quick solution to help you resume your business immediately no matter where you are.

We provide sizes that start from 6m x 2.4m up to 6m x 12m. The modules are compliant to local council requirements and are up to 15 year Building Consent standard. Ark Modular buildings have an international reputation for reliability. Our local team understands New Zealand building conditions and regulations and formulates designs to suit.
